Congratulations to the all Authorised Lay Ministers from across the Diocese who were commissioned by Bishop Ruth today during a joyful celebration of the Eucharist at Chichester cathedral, including our very own Penny, Mary and Geoff from St George's.

The church has been transformed! 🪴 🌺 🌻

We look forward to welcoming everyone from the local community to our Plant Fair tomorrow. We have a huge array of plants this year, thanks to our kind and generous growers from our church community. Some really lovely stalls, cakes, home made soup and other refreshments too so do come along for a warm and friendly welcome and to pick up some beautiful plants and other goodies🪴

To all plant and gardening lovers, come and browse our large selection of veg, flower and house plants.

Also for sale: Preloved books, puzzles and gardening items.

Sweet and savoury refreshments and light lunch available to buy too.

This year the plant sale will be held in the church building to make use of the larger space and accommodate as many people as possible.

Our concert series starts a new season with "Young, talented and local". Come and be inspired by Chichester Conservatoire students.

A celebration of the golden age of musical theatre with some inspiring opera classics sprinkled in.

Amani Abu-El-Hawa, Charlie Wilks and Ieuan Price are accompanied by the marvellous Jon Grave.

Doors 7pm, concert starts 7.30pm

Advance adult tickets £12 online, or £15 on the door

Under 18s are free, but must still book a ticket.

Tickets include canapes in the interval, when the bar will also be open.

Please tell your family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues. There will be questions for all ages. Just an evening of fun.
