Tomorrow's Thursday lunchtime recital is given by Ian Brackenbury, organist at the Parish Church. Don't miss out on this wonderful recital which will include works by J.S. Bach and Mendelssohn.

Entry for the recital at 12:15 is free, and there is a retiring collection taking place at the end.

Huge thanks go to Ben Bloor (pictured) and Nigel Gotteri Gatkowski (very much pictured) for their wonderful and energetic organ recitals over the past couple of weeks.

This week's Thursday lunchtime recital comes from one of our own Student Lay Clerks who departs in a week's time to King's College London. Soprano Laurena Kumar-Lee will sing a programme of opera and art song including works by Bellini, Puccini and Strauss. All are welcome- the recital is at 12:15pm and there is a retiring collection at the end.

The Celebrity Organ Recital series has gone off to a brilliant start with fantastic recitals from Paul Hale and Colin Walsh, Organists Emeritus from Southwell and Lincoln Cathedrals respectively.

Tomorrow, Chesterfield residents will be treated to another very special concert from Ben Bloor, who originally hails from Derby but now works at the London Oratory in Brompton. Ben's highly exciting programme will feature 20th and 21st century organ music from Derek Bourgeouis, Fernando Germani and Iain Farrington, specially geared towards being family-friendly and there will be arts and crafts available for children and young people afterwards.

All are welcome at 12:15- don't miss out!
