On the morning of 11th October we are privileged to have Leslie Griffiths come and preach for us. We hope you can make it, either in person or online!

Revd Griffiths is a member of the House of Lords and two of its select committees - the Ecclesiastical Committee and the Constitution Committee. They have just produced a report on "The Rule of Law" and are currently putting together another report on the “Resilience of our Democracy” The importance of these subjects In these troubled times, needs no emphasis, and it is encouraging to know that a Methodist is so closely involved. Rev Griffiths also chairs the All Party Parliamentary Group for Haiti and is a member of the delegation from the UK parliament to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
Although Revd Griffiths is well known nationally and internationally , we welcome him to our pulpit where he wishes to be known as "Leslie Griffiths, Methodist preacher."
