Come and hear the bells ringing at the smallest village in England: Ault Hucknall

Saturday 8 Aug
10:15am-11:45am

Ault Hucknall in Derbyshire is mentioned in the Doomsday Book. The grade-I listed C11th church has a rich history and many interesting features. It is associated with Hardwick Hall and is the final resting place of Anne Keighley, the first Countess of Devonshire.

There are 8 bells in the tower, including some historic bells, one of which was cast during the reign of Queen Elizabeth the first.

Find out more about bellringing and give it a try! www.bellringingderbyshire.org.uk
