We have an in-person service at 10.30am. We would love you to join us. For us, church is a community, and no one should be left on the outside.

With a home in the city centre of Chester, Festival Church is made up of all sorts of people of different ages and backgrounds. We're down to earth yet passionate about our faith - convinced that following Jesus is the best way to live. We really value the uniqueness of each individual, and just love it when people discover the message of Jesus for themselves.

SUNDAY, WE’RE READY FOR YOU! 🔥🙌

We’re so excited to gather again this Sunday! There’s nothing quite like being in the room - worshipping together, encouraging one another, lifting our faith & making space for God to speak.

Jesus said - Where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I with them.

So we want to encourage you to prioritise gathering together this Sunday.
There’s power in being in the room, and we don’t want you to miss what God has for you!

So make the plan, bring someone with you and come ready!

New season. Same God!

This week, we’re praying for everyone stepping into something new.

🎒 New schools
📚 New classes
🎓 New university timetables
💼 New jobs
🌱 New seasons

New beginnings can bring excitement, but they can also bring nerves, uncertainty and questions.

So our prayer is simple: wherever you’re stepping, may you know you’re not stepping alone.

The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.
Psalm 18:2

The same God who was with you in the last season is with you in this one.

This Sunday, we’re doing things a little differently.

There will be no Sunday Service.

Instead, we’re taking a Sabbath Sunday - creating space for our staff, leaders and volunteers to step back, breathe, rest and recover.

We’re incredibly grateful for every person who gives their time, energy and heart to serve our church week after week.

So this Sunday, enjoy the slower pace.
Spend time with family, catch up with friends, relax, recharge and simply enjoy the weekend off.

We’ll see you back together on Sunday 6th September!

Join us this Sunday for church in the park!

We’ll be meeting at 10:30am in Grosvenor Park, by the play area.

Bring a picnic, a picnic blanket or some chairs, and come ready to enjoy a great morning together! 🧺🌳

We loved gathering together yesterday and celebrating the goodness of God.

What a powerful message from Ps Luke as we journeyed through Psalm 128, discovering how God shapes our character before He releases us into our calling, and how we’re all called to live that out by serving one another.
