⚠️ An Amber Extreme Heat Warning is in place across the constituency until just before midnight tomorrow (Thursday).

With exceptionally high temperatures, it's worth taking a few simple precautions at the moment. If you can, check in on older relatives, neighbours or anyone who may be more vulnerable to the heat.

Life moves fast. There is always another goal to reach, another problem to solve, another reason to believe that happiness is waiting somewhere ahead. But some of God's greatest gifts are not waiting in the future. They are already here. 🙌

The sunrise you almost missed. The laughter shared around a table. The quiet prayer whispered before the day begins. The friend who checked in at the right moment. The peace that arrives when you finally slow down enough to notice God's presence. The most meaningful life is not always the busiest one. Often it's the one that learns to recognise God's fingerprints in ordinary moments.

Today, take a breath. Look around. Give thanks. You may discover that the blessings you've been searching for have been surrounding you all along. And if you'd like a little encouragement on that journey, we've created resources to help you slow down and draw closer to God.
