We believe in the power of God. We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We believe that God works in our lives and in our meetings. Our meetings are open to being directed and changed by the Holy Spirit. Prayer and fasting are int
egral parts of our church life. FAMILY
We believe that the church is a family. We are intentional about building intergenerational relationships, offering hospitality and being there for each other. FUN
We believe that the church is something that should be enjoyable and fun. We do not take ourselves too seriously and we believe in having a sense of humour. FAITH
We believe that God wants to heal people, to restore people and to work in people's lives. We believe in the power of prayer and have faith to believe he can and will answer. DISCIPLESHIP
Discipleship is an integral part to our vision as a church. We aim to become more like Jesus in our personal lives. We are accountable and encourage discipleship through our time together in Connect Groups. We are called to be disciple makers in our communities and places of work or study. C3 Cheltenham is a member of the UK Evangelical Alliance and part of C3 Global. CORE BELIEFS:
There is one God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit
In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God; we believe in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, His constant intercession and in His imminent return;
In the person and work of the Holy Spirit with his fruits and gifts available in the Church;
The Bible is the living word of Godโinfallible, authoritative and everlasting, and the foundation of all Christian doctrine;
In the existence of an evil spiritual beingโthe devil;
In the spiritually lost condition of all people and the essential need for the โnew birthโ by faith in Jesus Christ;
In the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a gift available to all believers;
In the sacraments of the Lordโs Supper and baptism by full immersion in water for all believers;
In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting separation from God;
In the church being the body of Christ, and each member being an active part of a local church, fulfilling the great commission
