Happy first day back at school! πŸŽ’πŸ«βœ¨ A new school year brings a lot of changes and busy schedules, but waiting on the Lord is never wasted time.

This Sunday, we were reminded of what it truly means to wait on the Holy Spirit.

Moving ahead of God leads to burnout, but waiting on His power changes everything.

We see this beautiful pattern of patient faith all through Scripture:

Simeon waited devoutly in the temple, filled with the Spirit, until he saw the promise fulfilled (Luke 2:25).

Ruth and Boaz waited with integrity, trusting God's timing, protection and providence to bring their redemption story together.

If you are in a season of waiting today, remember to lean on his Holy Spirit, honouring Him in all you do.

"He was waiting for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was on him." Luke 2:25 (LEB)

We from KICC Chelmsford are extremely grateful to the Lord for this day and for the step you took 34 years ago on this journey. When you think about 34 years ago... some of us were not born, some of us were, but in 1992, you know, when they started this vision, it was just, it was an idea at one point, then they started it. You know, you have no idea how many lives have been impacted, how many lives have been changed. You know, how many marriage have been saved, how many people have been saved, brought to salvation, the crusades, the millions and millions and millions of pounds that have been spent, you know, to be a blessing on in many many cities, many generations, impact across the globe.
