Returning for another year - come to move, breathe, and encounter God in this unique 'Psalms & Stretches' Pilates session. Through prayer, reflection, and creative physical expression, come ready to meet with Jesus and declare His truth over yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you. The session weaves gentle movement together with the living word, you'll engage with each exercise at your own pace as you encounter God's word afresh.

Natalie is a passionate teacher, worshipper, and movement instructor for whom Pilates blends her commitment to faith and health. With a background in English Literature and a deep love for the Psalms, she loves combining God's word with physical exercise and enabling participants to worship in such a unique and creative way.

The process of creating a mosaic is a beautiful picture of what God does with broken things — taking individual, imperfect pieces and joining them together into something whole, harmonious, and breathtaking. Join Lindsay as you construct your own mini mosaic — a tree of life or radiant bloom — in praise of the God who makes all things beautiful. No previous experience is necessary, though care must be taken when handling the broken glass tiles.

Lindsay is a lifelong creative and "retired" Art Teacher. As well as creating stunning mosaic tiles pieces, she is passionate about sharing the joy and fellowship of creativity and feels her life truly “began” at 40 when she found Jesus. She’s also wife to Andy, mother to three sons and Bibi (Swahili for Nana) to six beautiful grandsons.
