We're honestly not quite sure how after your generosity last time, but we are running VERY low on towels, flannels and non-fitted sheets here at the hospital! 😱

If any of you have any to spare to help keep our patients clean, please drop them off at our centre (RM16 3BH) between 9am and 10pm daily! Thank you so much ❤️

A prayer from this year's Bradwell Pilgrimage [yesterday]:
Jesus Christ, our cornerstone, you call us not only to admire what is ancient, but to become what is alive. Shape us into living stones-joined together in love, built into a dwelling place of your Spirit in our homes, churches and communities. Where we are broken, mend us. Where we are divided, unite us. We are your living stones, O Lord; build us up in love.

Especially on days like today, please make sure you have some water out in your garden for wildlife! 💧

With the weather warm across much of the UK, don't forget about the hedgehogs living in your garden!

Add a few pebbles so thirsty insects can safely drink too 🐝

Generous God, as we celebrate today, we ask you to bless us and fill us with your Holy Spirit:

We thank you for the power of your Holy Spirit and ask that we may be strengthened to serve you better.

We thank you for the wisdom of your Holy Spirit and ask you to make us wise to understand your will.

We thank you for the peace of your Holy Spirit, and ask you to keep us confident of your love wherever you call us.

We thank you for the healing of your Holy Spirit and ask you to bring reconciliation and wholeness where there is division, sickness and sorrow.

We thank you for the gifts of your Holy Spirit and ask you to equip us for the work which you have given us.

We thank you for the fruit of your Holy Spirit and ask you to reveal in our lives — and through our lives— the love of Jesus.

We thank you for the breath of your Holy Spirit, given to us by the risen Lord and ask you to keep the whole Church, living and departed, in the joy of eternal life.

Generous God,
you sent your Holy Spirit upon your Messiah at the river Jordan,
and upon the disciples in the upper room:
in your mercy fill us with your Spirit,
hear our prayer,
