YOUNG ADULTS' EASTER RETREAT AT WORTH ABBEY!
Come and celebrate together the death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ, the greatest Feast of the year and climax of the Christian faith.
Maundy Thursday 2nd April - Easter Sunday 5th April.
(Plus optional walking pilgrimage from Brighton, leaving Palm Sunday.)

Talks will be offered over the weekend from members of the Monastic Community, exploring central aspects of the Easter Mystery. There will also be plenty of space for personal reflection, group discussion, social time and friendship, finishing with a festive Easter Sunday lunch with the monks.

Here are the details of our next session exploring Catholic Social Teaching, with the brilliant Fr Toby Lees OP.

Fr Toby will be exploring how forces in our culture are fighting for the vital human resource of our attention, drawing us into the deadly vice of 'acedia' - resistance to the demands of loving. He will help us reflect on how fragmentation shapes our humanity, and how we can stay human through recovering the path to contemplation, communion and generosity.

Sunday 22nd March, Fitzherbert Hub, 12:45 - 4:15pm (starting with shared lunch), donation only, tea and cake provided, no booking necessary.
