We are sad to share the news of the passing of Bridget Spencer on 22nd July. Many will remember Bridget as a lay reader in the Benefice as well as being a licenced Methodist preacher. Bridget was a stalwart member of the benefice team and a resident of our villages until her health deteriorated and she moved into a nursing home in the city centre.

A memorial service for Bridget will take place at St Kyneburgha on Friday 7th August at 11:30am (after a private committal at the crematorium), followed by a wake in the Cedar Centre. All are welcome.

We pray for Bridget's family and friends, may she rest in peace.
