Woodburn Presbyterian Church Love God, Love Others, Make Disciples John 15:8 Hans McCoubry Douglas was installed on 2nd January 1866 and served until his retirement in 1904

Rev.

Woodburn Presbyterian Church was built in 1865

The names of the previous Ministers and the time they served in Woodburn are as follows;

Rev. Henry James Eakins was installed on 16th April 1908 until 28th June 1927

Rev. Samuel Hopkins was installed on 24th February 1928 until his sudden death on 6th June 1947

Rev. John Alexander McFall was installed on 11 May 1948 and he served until his r

etirement on 1st January 1989

Rev. Robert James McCullough was installed on 25th May 1990

On the 1st July 1947 the Rev. John McFall took joint charge of Woodburn and Loughmourne Presbyterian Church. The union between the two churches has been very successful with the congregations continuing to support each other. Our aim is; To know Jesus from God's Word and to make Jesus known in "OUR" world.
