Today, as a corps, we thanked Elaine for all she has done as charity shop manager for our Carnforth shop.
On her last shift yesterday, several volunteers from the shop came to thank Elaine and Capt. Chris said a few words. This morning, in our service we continued our gratitude and afterwards shared in lots of cake.
We pray you enjoy your retirement and we pray also for our all those who help in our shop and support the work we do locally.

HARVEST 2026
We will be taking part in our Harvest altar service on Sunday 27th September at 10:30am and envelopes for this are now available at the hall.
We are also accepting donations of food and toiletries to support the work of the Morecambe Bay Food Bank and please see the poster below for items they are looking for.

Fellowship Friday met at Alexandra Park today for our final session before the summer break. It was great to see so many, sharing favourite songs, conversations and enjoying fish and chips in the sunshine.
A huge thank you to Gail who came and gave us lovely cold drinks as we enjoyed our time together!
