Our many thanks to the team, present and past, for this very significant ministry in the community. It has been a place of joy, gathering, play, Bible stories … and cake. The Annual Wetheral Methodist Anglican Joint service (usually on Wetheral Village Green, has been relocated to Holy Trinity Wetheral at 11.15am Sunday 16th July. All most welcome. It’s an obvious decision with projected high winds and a 40% chance of heavy rain. Tokunbo Asogbon will be preaching on the parable of The Sower and Graeme Skinner will illustrate the service with thoughts from tennis (like What seed would YOU be? and Why is thee a fruit on top of the Mens trophy? and What does Nike mean?)

'I can see clearly now - the rain has gone'
Concert today Thurs 13th July 7.30pm
Holy Trinity Wetheral Church Grounds
A window of weather has opened in Wetheral - or will this evening - according to the BBC Weather and Met Weather apps. and so we plan to go ahead with the Open Air Concert in the Wetheral Church grounds.
IF a shower should turn up then we will escape indoors - and stow our portable chairs/rugs at the back. The forecast is for a mild/warm evening - but do bring warm clothing with your summer hats.
It's a 'BYOD Bring your own drinks' and cups event and there will be a break half way through.
There are no tickets or entry price - however a donation would be appreciated.
You and all are invited, bring a friend ...
