Fr. Norman Johnston has announced his retirement as the Chaplain of Council 60 in Carlisle, but he will continue to be an integral part of our meetings.

We want to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Fr. Norman for his unwavering dedication and hard work for the Knights. His contributions have made a lasting impact, and we will miss his leadership.

In the accompanying photo, you can see Fr. Norman (the esteemed former Chaplain of Council 60 on the left) alongside Fr. Anthony Gaskin, who has graciously stepped into the role of new Chaplain. We wish Fr. Gaskin all the best as he embarks on this important journey, and we wholeheartedly thank him for accepting this vital position.

Brother Sean Crilley, PGK of Province 6, Cumbria was proud to see so many Brothers from the Province make the 250 mile round trip to the Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King in Liverpool yesterday for the National Biennial KSC Mass for Deceased Brothers, Family Members and Clergy (Members of Honour).

For such a geographically isolated province, the Brothers pulled together and enjoyed the whole experience, some of whom traveled down the evening before (pictured).

Despite the distance, the Brothers enjoyed a fraternal weekend together, in particular, enjoying the opportunity to meet up with fellow Brothers from across the British Isles.
