Good morning everyone.

We. Are. Back!

Our mums and tots is on today at 9:30 until 11:15.

Knit and Natter is on all morning until 1pm.

Chatty Cafe starts at 12 with a free L.I.F.T (low impact functional training) at 12:30.
LIFT is for everyone regardless of age and fitness levels, it can be done either sat down or stood up and is a gentle exercise class.

Over 50’s Table Tennis then finishes us off at 1:30 until 3pm.

There is car parking on-site for the users of the building.

Or just pop in and say hi.

Our free over 50’s table tennis sessions start again tomorrow. 1:30 until 3pm.
Anyone is welcome, we have all the equipment…just come along.

Good morning everyone

We have lots of activities in the centre today.

11- 16-year-old table tennis (please book) - 10am until 11:30pm
Knit and Natter - 9:30 until 12:30
Chatty cafe 12 noon.
Optional Low Impact Functional exercises for over 50's - chair or standing gentle exercise at 12:30 until 1ish
Over 50's Table tennis - 1:30 until 3pm.

FREE TABLE TENNIS for young people

Good morning friends

We have lots on today.

We have our Toddlers Summer Party in the hall this morning.

We have our Knit and Natter group from 10-1pm
Over 50’s Tai Chi at 12:30 into 1:15pm
Over 50’s Table Tennis at 1:30 until 3pm

Our hall is air conditioned and so you will stay nice and cool during these activites. ❄️❄️

Our carpark will be closed all day whilst these are going on so that those who use the centre are able to park.

Over the summer we will have the table tennis tables out for younger people 11-16 years. Please contact me if you want to book in.
