🤝 A welcoming monthly gathering for new Muslims (reverts). We also welcome those who are genuinely interested in learning more about Islam and meeting members of the local Muslim community.

Join us to connect with others, share experiences, build friendships, and take part in a short, informal discussion covering the basics of Islam in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Brothers aged 40+ – stay active, improve your fitness and enjoy great company in a relaxed, friendly environment.

No football experience needed – everyone is welcome!

Walking Football is all about fun, fitness and brotherhood, with simple rules to keep everyone safe:
✅ No running
✅ No physical contact
✅ Ball below head height
And don't worry... our volunteer referee has "VAR vision" 👀😂, so any suspicious sprinting might just be spotted!

🌊 Canyoning Adventure — What an Amazing Day! ⛰️

Alhamdulillaah, what an incredible day of canyoning, challenge, brotherhood and fun! 🌿💦

Our brothers took on the adventure together — climbing, scrambling, swimming, navigating waterfalls and gorges, and encouraging one another every step of the way.

🤝Most importantly, the activity provided a wonderful opportunity to bring brothers from across our community together, strengthen friendships and create lasting memories in the beauty of Allah’s creation.

🤲🏽 Jazaakum Allaahu khayran to all the mosques who participated in and supported this activity, helping to bring our community members together and making this experience so special.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to everyone who took part for your energy, team spirit, encouragement and positive vibes. Your enthusiasm made the day truly memorable!

As we reflect upon the magnificent signs of Allāh in His creation, we also remember those affected by yesterday's devastating floods and landslides in the Nepal–Tibet region, which have caused a terrible loss of life and left hundreds still missing.
These events remind us of the overwhelming power of the Almighty Allāh and of our own weakness before His creation.

“And We do not send the signs except as a warning.”
— Qur'an 17:59

Let us come together and turn to Allāh in worship, remembrance, repentance and duʿā’.

Tomorrow marks the first of the White Days (Al-Ayyām al-Bīḍ) for this month, Rabee'ul Awwal.

Let us strive to be among those whom Allãh will honour with entry through Ar-Rayyan, the gate of Paradise reserved for those who fast.

Please pass this reminder on to others. Even if you are not fasting on these days, let us at least be among those who remind and encourage others to do good, in the hope that we may be among those referred to by our noble Prophet ﷺ when he said:

“Whoever guides someone to a good deed will have a reward like that of the one who does it.”

Narrated by Muslim (1893).

🌿 Masjid Extension Roof Replacement is Complete!🌿
By the grace of Allãh ﷻ, and through the generosity and support of our community, we are delighted to announce that the Masjid Extension roof replacement has now been successfully completed.

The old leaking roof has been replaced with a new fibreglass roof, together with two skylight windows, bringing natural light and improved ventilation to the space.

🤲 Jazākum Allāhu Khayran to everyone who contributed and supported us along the way. Your generosity has helped provide a safer and more inviting environment for worship, learning and community activities.

We ask Allãh ﷻ to accept every contribution as a Sadaqah Jāriyah, to reward everyone who helped make this project possible, and to place barakah in your wealth, families and lives.

May Allãh continue to make Al-Manar Centre a place of worship, knowledge and benefit for our community for many years to come. Āmīn.

Join us for an action-packed canyoning experience through the spectacular gorges and waterfalls of Wales – walking, climbing, jumping, abseiling and swimming in the great outdoors! 🧗‍♂️💦
