What does it mean to believe together?

In Jude 1:3, we are encouraged to “contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to God’s people.”

Together, we'll explore what it means to:

📖 Know and live God's truth
🤝 Help one another follow Jesus
➡️ Pass the good news on to the next generation

This is a service for all ages, with worship, Bible teaching, activities and opportunities to take part.

What does it really mean to believe in God's mission?

In the Sunday Service this week we explore Jesus' Great Commission in Matthew 28:16–20 and discover that mission isn't just for missionaries—it's the calling of every follower of Jesus. From our own neighbourhoods to the ends of the earth, God invites us to join Him in His work of making disciples and sharing the hope of the Gospel.

As part of our Living, Loving, Believing, Belonging teaching series, we'll look at God's heart for the nations, celebrate the ways He is at work through Rumney Chapel both locally and globally, and ask the question: Where is God inviting you to join His mission?

This morning we continue with our teaching series on our core values of Living, Loving, Believing and Belonging as we explore the theme LOVING across generations: building a family of faith.

In a world that often feels divided by age and experience, God calls His people to live as one family — learning from one another, encouraging one another, and growing together in faith.

Through Psalm 71:17–18, we’ll reflect on the importance of passing faith from one generation to the next and building a church community where everyone belongs, from the youngest to the oldest.

“Since my youth, God, you have taught me… Even when I am old and grey, do not forsake me, my God, till I declare your power to the next generation.” — Psalm 71:17–18
