🩹 WE’RE GETTING PATCHED UP! 🚌❤️

After the damage we’ve suffered recently, our poor bus has needed a little TLC… but we’re pleased to say we’ll be repaired, patched up and officially BACK with you from Tuesday! 🎉

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get everything sorted, and we can’t wait to welcome you all back on board!

Thank you for all your support, kind messages and patience while we’ve dealt with the damage. ❤️

After a difficult week, we’ve got some GOOD news! 🎉

WE’RE REOPENING, and we’ve had a makeover! ✨

Join us on Saturday 26th September, 12-4pm as we officially open our brand-new hall and garden. Don’t miss our ribbon cutting at 12pm ✂️

Come along and celebrate with us for an afternoon of fun, food and fantastic company! 🌭

We’ve worked so hard to recreate a space for the whole family, and we can’t wait to finally share it with you❤️

Sadly, we’re having to say this again💔

Our bus was broken into and vandalised AGAIN last night.

As a result of the damage, we are unfortunately unable to operate tomorrow. We’re absolutely gutted to let our members and customers down and incredibly disappointed that we are having to spend valuable time and resources dealing with yet more completely senseless vandalism.

We are beyond disappointed and upset that we are once again having to deal with the consequences of someone else’s completely mindless actions. Every repair costs money, time and resources that could, and should, be going towards supporting our community.

We are working hard to get everything repaired and to secure the bus even further. Fingers crossed we’ll be back up and running on Friday ❤️

More senseless vandalism at The Salvation Army 💔

Sadly, last night our bus was vandalised and broken into, with damage caused to the outside of the vehicle and stock stolen.

It is incredibly disappointing to see this kind of senseless damage, particularly when we are working hard to provide support and help to those who need it most in our community 🫂

Thankfully, we didn’t suffer hugely from the incident and the police arrived before any further damage could be caused.

We are now working on getting the necessary repairs carried out and getting the bus back to where it belongs- serving our community.
We won’t let incidents like this stop us from doing what we do❤️

Unfortunately, due to driver holiday, there will be no bus this week. 💔

We will be back next week as usual.

We understand we have been a little hit and miss lately with the bus but, fear not! We have a brand new driver joining us shortly to fill gaps like these! Bear with us, we’re working on it 🔧🛠️
