Celebrating Confirmation with Bishop Rose! 🕊️
What a Spirit-filled Sunday at St Stephen’s! We were honored to welcome the Bishop of Dover, the Rt Revd Rose Hudson-Wilkin, for a beautiful service of Confirmation.

✨ The Highlights:

Five Candidates Confirmed: A huge congratulations to those who took this powerful step in their faith journey today. We are so proud of you!

Musical Worship: Our choir’s anthem and the Gospel were centered on the moving words: “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” 🎶

A Call to Live Out Our Faith: Bishop Rose shared a stirring message, challenging us all to think about how we show we are Christians to the wider world every single day, rather than just from "Sunday to Sunday."

Let’s take that encouragement into our week! How can we show God’s love to our neighbors today? 🌍❤️

What a joy to have the Archbishop of Canterbury, Sarah Mullally, join us at St Stephen’s yesterday!

The Archbishop led us in celebrating the Feast of the Saints and Martyrs of Canterbury, delivering an inspiring sermon that connected our city's deep history with our mission today.

It was also a significant day as we marked the end of Shirley’s time as Churchwarden. Having the Archbishop there to help us thank Shirley for her incredible service made it all the more special.

Thank you to everyone who stayed to chat with the Archbishop afterward. It was a Sunday to remember!
