Create Church Part of the Rising Brook Group of churches, Create is a community centred family church in Cannock.

You might think "Create" is a funny name - and you might be right! - but it is deliberate...

We are cre­ated in God’s image to do His work. He breathed His spirit into us the same way He breathed creation into being. Our role is to use that breath to keep cre­at­ing, to keep build­ing the King­dom on earth. Just like cre­ation though, our work doesn’t have its rhythm with­out its Sab­bath. Sab­ba

th makes it complete; it resets the rhythm so we can start again. The ulti­mate way to Sab­bath is in wor­ship, in gathering together to see more of God, to look together as cre­ation to the Cre­ator to enable us to work with Him in cre­at­ing. We work all week build­ing the King­dom wher­ever we are, then we stop and we wor­ship and we reflect and we see that… it is good. We are made up of people of all ages and love to think of our­selves as a fam­ily. We meet in the Create Community Church (which is the former Littleton Youth Centre) in Huntington and are very focused on working as part of the com­mu­nity around us. We have tea and cof­fee before and after the ser­vice (we find the first one is needed to wake us all up on a Sun­day morn­ing), a creche and children's work every week, and always have lots of fun and usually some sort of food...

Our theme for 2025 is ‘More’.
We welcomed this year with baptisms last week at Rising Brook Community Church. This week we will be back there again to hear more about what God has in store for 2025.

Our first gathering in Cannock will be the 19th of January, and we will be meeting every third Sunday following that at the Community Fire Station. If you would like to join us to worship and pray you would be very welcome. We start with coffee at 10am.

This Sunday (6th Oct) we are meeting at 10am at Cannock Community Fire Station. We will discuss freedom from things that hold us back in life and how we might do what Jesus did in helping others to discover that. If you feel you would like a little more freedom to be who you were created to be, this is for you!

Create Church is part of Rising Brook, and we work within our communities with people who need a break, we love people, and we love to see them thrive. This weekend is one of our favourite moments in the year: our next BIG SUNDAY

Join us at Rising Brook Community Church in Stafford at 10:30am as we gather all five of our church locations together for a morning of worship and encouragement in one place. We'd love to see you there!

It was good to catch up with Josh Newbury MP today and chat through all the plans we have for Cannock.

This afternoon I went up to Stafford to visit the Rising Brook Community Church and Centre ⛪️ Rising Brook is a fantastic facility with a huge hall, a community café, meeting rooms and the original church hall ☕️

The Church runs a range of events and services from the Centre including play groups, a foodbank and befriending 🧸🥫💬 The Create Church, part of the Rising Brook Group which operates in the Cannock area, is looking to eventually replicate this in our area, something I am keen to support as I know how much that would benefit local people 🤲🏻

It was great to catch up with Rachael from Create Church who is doing brilliant work and has tons of ideas for how to develop outreach in our communities 🙌🏻

I’m looking forward to meeting representatives from all of the churches in our area soon 🤝🏻

Create Church is all about creating a church that is accessible for all to discover who Jesus is. We are part of Rising Brook in Stafford and we believe that everyone is part of our family. We are a group of people who have found faith because our lives have been changed by inviting Jesus into it. We have peace, joy and hope because of that. So, if you are looking for a little bit more peace, joy and hope in your life, you are welcome to join us. If you are looking for a place to belong, you are more than welcome to join us, and if you are looking for the embrace of a family you are definitely welcome to join us. Whoever you are, whatever your age, or belief, come and sit with us.
