Here are some photos from one of our Messy Church sessions this year. Our theme has been "God's Amazing Animals," and Tony did a great job with the creativity time—at this session, he showed us how to paint a dolphin, which was great fun! Messy Church is every six weeks; however, we've had a few months off because the church has been having building renovations. Our next session will be the Christmas Messy Church on December 7th from 1pm to 2pm. We'll be celebrating two years of Messy Church! Helen☺️

We had a wonderful time at our Christmas Messy Church. Tony my husband and Julieanne my daughter did brilliant performing the puppets Steve and Sally. The puppets told us all about the fun they’re going to have at Christmas and finished with the Nativity story. Here’s the 3 minute clip of them telling the Nativity story. 😊🎄

Here’s a Tik Tok of our last Messy Church. We’ve been praying for more people to come. My daughter Julieanne filmed it as a Tik Tok Live and lots of folks turned up, God is good! On Saturday 9th December we’ll have our Christmas Messy Church. It’s going to be a wonderful session so don’t miss it. Helen 😊 (on the video I say the 2nd but it’s the 9th!).

We had Messy Church today. Last time there were sixteen of us and today there were eight so the numbers halved maybe because it was a holiday weekend but it was still a great time. Here’s a 60 second TikTok I made of today! 😊

We had our fourth Messy Church today and packed loads into it! Lots of creativity, singing, and a story from Dinky Duck! Hot and cold drinks and snacks at the end. A few people couldn't make it but two new people came, God is good! Helen xx

We've added something new in the creativity time at our next Messy Church. Those who want to can knit an 8" square! The squares will be sent to Knit-A-Square, a South African charity collecting 8" squares from knitters worldwide. The squares are made into blankets for orphan children to keep them warm in winter. At Messy Church, our resident knitter will give out wool and knitting needles to those who want to knit-a-square. And don't worry if you don't know how to knit; she'll teach you!
