How does the Christian faith view and engage with mental health struggles? How might it be able to help us, point us to help, and equip us to help others?

Join us at this term's Departure Nano on March 20th where Steve Midgley will be helping us think this through. Steve was a psychiatrist, then a Vicar, and now works as the Executive Director of Biblical Counselling UK. Departure Nano is 10-3 with lunch provided :)

Is spreading Christianity just a form of cultural oppression? We'll be thinking through this question in our evening service this Sunday, followed by student supper for students Everyone is welcome!

This Thursday we kick off our new series at the Greenhouse, thinking about 'Tools for Growth' - exploring practical things we can do to engage our hearts with the truths of the Gospel and prayerfully grow to be more like Jesus. For the first two weeks we're thinking about how we engage with scripture, this week thinking about how 'God speaks' and what the Bible actually is. If you've got questions about the Bible and how to understand it more, or think you have a good grasp but want to grow then please do come along!

Thursday 1-2pm, £1.50 for lunch :)
