Thinking of and praying for my former colleagues serving as Chaplains across the UK.

A Chaplain’s Prayer: Lord, today I will encounter those struggling with life: the lost, the weary, the lonely. Amidst their pain and despair, help me to illuminate their lives with your kindness and compassion, let my words be encouraging and welcoming, and may they see in my eyes your love and acceptance.

Help me to point them towards moments of peace and show them glimmers of hope as they rest in your presence. May I take time today to remind all those I meet that they are a Child of God and loved beyond measure. Amen.

Very much looking forward to being at Wesley tomorrow to lead Sunday Worship, which includes Holy Communion. We will be thanking God for the past 12 months in our Church's life and looking to the new Methodist year with faith and hope. Everything begins in person or online at 10.30am.

Wesley Explorers is back with a brand new look! This club for families with primary-aged children is a perfect space to relax after school, with snacks and drinks provided. Children have free rein to choose from a wide range of toys, craft, games and activities suitable for a range of ages. First session Thursday 10th September. Open from 3.30 - 4.45pm at The Wesley Centre, Chapel Street, Camborne, TR14 8EG
