‘The Lord descended in the form of a cloud’ ‘a God of tenderness and compassion, slow to anger, rich in kindness and faithfulness’. But hard to picture. Until he gives his only Son – the image of his Father! And the (infinite) love between them – pure Spirit!!

The Vigil Mass offers four stories of the human failures which this Christ-work will put right, through the out-pouring of the Spirit, the ceaseless flow of God’s love.
