In these practical meditation classes, we will learn how to deepen our love for others, so it becomes a compassionate wish to protect them from suffering as well as wishing for them to be happy. These beautiful meditations are from Eight Verses of Training the Mind and have inspired generations of Buddhist practitioners for almost a thousand years. They are just as relevant today as they were in previous times. If we learn how to develop our compassionate heart through these magical meditations, we will eventually be able to heal others without being overwhelmed by their suffering. We will find peace of mind in the face of others' suffering and thus be able to really help them. A must for people who care for others - which means everyone is welcome!
