Alhamdulillah, we were blessed with a very large turnout for both Eid prayers at Jamia Khizra Mosque. It was heartwarming to see the community come together on this special day of joy and gratitude.

Whilst Eid is a time of celebration, we deeply missed the presence of Hazrat Molana Bilal Sahib. His guidance, reminders, and uplifting words on Eid were truly missed by all.

We make sincere dua to Allah ﷻ to grant Hazrat quick and complete recovery, and pray that he is soon able to return to the masjid and lead the prayers once again. Ameen.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended and benefited from “The Destroyer of Pleasure” event at Jamia Khizra Masjid.

Alhamdulillah, the event was a huge success and a true testament to the strength and unity of our community. It was especially inspiring to see so many young people attend and listen attentively to the powerful and motivational reminders delivered by Ahmed Hriache, also known as The Muslim Undertaker.

We pray that everyone who attended takes lasting benefit from the reminders shared and that Allah ﷻ allows us all to reflect, grow and prepare for the realities of the Hereafter.

We are expecting a large number of attendees tonight for “Death: The Destroyer of Pleasure” at Jamia Khizra Masjid, including many guests travelling from out of town.

To help manage traffic and parking safely and respectfully, we kindly ask everyone to be mindful of how they travel to the mosque:

🚶 If you live locally, please walk where possible.
🚗 If you are driving, please park responsibly and considerately. Access to Parker Street is limited so plan your journey ahead.
🅿️ Please use nearby public car parks and do not use neighbouring business car parks.
⚠️ Please ensure your vehicle does not block access or disrupt local businesses and residents around the mosque.

Your cooperation will help the event run smoothly for everyone.

Update regarding Hazrat Maulana Bilal Sb.

Following a heart attack Hazrat remains in hospital.

Unfortunately, Hazrat may have suffered a minor stroke, and the next 48-72 hours are extremely important. Further investigations are awaited.

We humbly request everyone to make sincere dua for Hazrat’s complete recovery, good health, and wellbeing. May Allah Ta‘ala grant Hazrat shifā’ kāmilah, ease all difficulties, and continue to bless the Ummah through Hazrat’s knowledge, guidance, and company. Please remember Hazrat in your duas.
