Freedom Church is an independent evangelical church and as a member of the Evangelical Alliance shares a common basis of faith together with some 2 million Evangelical Christians in the UK. We are also connected through relationship with the Christian Growth International network of churches and associated ministries. As a local church congregation we have a married couple as our Senior Leaders, plus a Core Team, who make the strategic leadership decisions. These are overseen by a small team of Elders who are also the legal trustees for the church as a registered charity. Leadership seeks to operate through consultation and consensus with the body of the church under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

We’d love you to join us for a special Sunday at Freedom Church as we commission Jess Corbett into senior leadership alongside Mike Long, marking an important transition into a new season for our church.

This is a significant moment in the life of Freedom Church as we look ahead to all that God has for us. We’re excited for what’s to come and want to take this opportunity to come together as a church family, celebrate, pray and look forward with faith and expectation.

It was all about the horses at Honeypot Café today!

We had a brilliant time with our very own Honeypot Horse Racing Day/ choosing our horses, cheering them on and getting caught up in the excitement of the races!

There was plenty of laughter, a little friendly competition and lots of fun along the way. It was so lovely to see everyone getting involved and enjoying the day together.

Days like this remind us just how special the Honeypot community is - a place for friendship, laughter and making memories together.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make today such a fun one. We can’t wait for the next race day! 🐎
