Last Sunday, we watched a snippet of this video while reflecting on the Sermon on the Mount. It's so good, we're sharing the whole thing.
Remember that God never said we wouldn't have trials and troubles, He said He would be with us always.
Stephen Jarrold reminded us the phrase 'don't worry' hints at the continuous state of contemplation, ruminating (like a philosopher deep in thought) over a worrisome issue. At the end of that passage Jesus points us to the distraction from this state - to seek first the Kingdom of God (the will of God done on earth as in heaven) - in that same mindset of ongoing rumination or reflection.
We hope you enjoy this mini-reflection on our sermon, and would love you to join us this coming Sunday, as we have our final sermon in the three-part series on the Sermon on the Mount.
We're based at the IC Centre, 26 Glastonbury Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 2EX. Our building is accessible, and there is a car park at the end of the parade of shops*. We are, as our name suggests, inclusive, so everyone is welcome and loved.

*I've now got a mental image of shops going on parade, waving flags and banners as they pick up their foundations and march along Glastonbury Road!
