Sky observation and evidence for true Isha time.
Date: 31.05.2026
Time of the first picture: 23:29
(We can see redness of the sky which means Isha prayer do not entering yet)
Time of the second picture: 23:50
(We can see that redness of the sky fully disappeared and so Isha prayer entered)
My sky observation proofs that time of the Isha Salah is not at 23:00 as timetable for the UK say's.
Scholarly Interpretations:
While the majority of scholars (including the Shafi'i, Maliki, and Hanbali schools) agree that 'Isha begins when the red glow vanishes, there are slight variations in interpretation:
The Majority: The time for 'Isha sets in as soon as the red twilight completely disappears.
The Hanafi School: Imam Abu Hanifa argued that the twilight that must disappear for 'Isha to begin is the white twilight, which lingers slightly longer after the red glow is gone.
We can see on my second picture that at the time 23:50 redness of the sky completely disappears and we cannot see white twilight either.
