St Peter's Parish Church, Burnley

St Peter's Parish Church, Burnley St Peter's Church is located at the historic centre of Burnley and welcomes all to come and join us for worship. New members are always welcome.

The church celebrated its 900th anniversary in 2022 We are a lively church with many things going on for all ages:
- a friendly Sunday School called Discovering Jesus (or D.J's)
- a teen group called Jesus and Me (or J.A.M)
- Junior and Adult Choirs
- Mother's Union
- a superb over 50's Lunch Club on every other Thursday with delicious home made food
- house group
- men's fellowship

Additionally we host many concerts on Saturday morning's and some evenings.

This is a varied role supporting the Area Dean of Burnley by providing day-to-day administrative support to enhance their capacity in both parish and deanery roles. This role supports the Area Dean of Burnley, who also serves as the Rector of St Stephen's & St Peter's.
