Hurstwood Church is a non-denominational Christian Church. We are a group of ordinary people from all walks of life, who believe the Bible to be true and we believe in Jesus Christ as our Saviour, Lord and friend. All are welcome to join us - get in touch for more info. Our Tea Rooms are open on Sunday afternoons from 1:30-4pm. We ser

ve a range of drinks and homemade bakes in a warm environment. Everyone welcome - there is no charge. Our playgroup runs every Thursday during term time, 9-11am, for all pre-school children and their grown ups.

🌟 What's new at Hurstwood Church? 🌟
As well as our usual Sunday service, Tea Rooms and kids activities, we're pleased to announce some new additions to the church week!

❓We'll be starting a new Alpha Course on Monday 21st September, which will run for 8 weeks at 6-8pm. Held at Church, this is a great opportunity to discuss life's big questions. It's completely free to attend, and the evening starts with a meal. DM the page or message/call Andrew to book your place - 07557 668238.

💪 Physio-led pilates with a qualified instructor, every Friday from this week. Contact Danielle on 07834 455882 to secure your place.

Hello all, we hope you’ve had a wonderful summer break ☀️ some notices:
🧸 Playgroup will resume on Thursday 10th September @ 9-11am
🎨 Kids Club resumes on Friday 11th September @ 6-7pm
😎 Youth starts on 11th September but the group are attending another church for a trip on this date - if you usually attend youth, we’ll be in touch about this. If you’ll be attending for the first time then please message us for details. Thank you 😊

This week at Hurstwood Church…
☕️ Alongside our usual Sunday service and events, we’ll be opening up our Tea Rooms over the whole bank holiday weekend in support of the Friends Of Worsthorne and Hurstwood Scarecrow Festival 😊
🌽 Come & see our scarecrow (no. 67!) & call in for a brew & a cake 🍰
🐻 We have toys for kids, plenty of space to play & also disabled access & toilets.

⏰ Opening times are:
☀️ Saturday 2nd - 10am-4pm
☀️ Sunday 3rd - 1-4pm
☀️ Monday 4th - 1-4pm

We look forward to serving you this weekend & supporting this fantastic community event 😊
