Al Barakah Academy was established in 2009 and aims to serve the needs of the Muslim youth and wider community. Our youths are finding it increasingly difficult to relate to their parents, elders and in some cases their Dīn. It is becoming apparent that even practicing Muslim youth can be easily overwhelmed and led astray by social and peer pressures. The lives of some of our youth are sadly spiralling downwards into freefall, without much control or satisfaction other than in drugs and alcohol. With this as a context Al Barakah Academy was established to reviving Dīn, in particular in the Muslim youth.
