Thank you to the Burnley Express for highlighting the urgent challenge facing St James’ Church, Briercliffe, and our £100,000 Raise the Roof appeal.

Please read, share and help us continue spreading the word as we work to safeguard this historic church for future generations.

A 180-year-old Briercliffe church has been officially placed on Historic England’s Heritage at Risk Register as urgent efforts begin to save it from further deterioration.

Since launching our Raise the Roof campaign, we’ve been incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement and kind words we’ve received from across the community.
