Come and enjoy some hands-on creativity at Buckfast Abbey. The Abbey’s Wednesday Workshops offer free, drop-in craft activities for families in the School Room right by the Abbey Church — a friendly, relaxed way to spend part of your day together.

Creative Needle felting Workshop: Duck Brooch

Join us for a creative needle felting workshop on Saturday 25th April, where you’ll learn the basics of needle felting, while creating your own charming duck brooch to take home.

Sessions run from 10.00–12.00pm or 1.30–3.30pm in the Education Centre at Buckfast Abbey and are suitable for adults and young people aged 12 years and over (children must be accompanied by an adult).

The cost is £10 per person, which includes all materials and expert tuition—no prior experience needed.
