We enjoyed a most rewarding weekend in sunny Brynmawr at Palpung Wales, where Chamtrul Rinpoche delivered precious teachings on the Seven Points of Mind Training, which is a concise and profound set of instructions for cultivating the mind.

All attendees derived substantial benefit. We extend our deep gratitude to Rinpoche and sincerely hope he will honor us with a visit again next year.

We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and skilled volunteers to join us at our Dharma centre here at Palpung Wales 🌿

As part of an exciting phase of development, we are working on the construction of our new bungalow project, alongside ongoing care and maintenance of the main building. We’re especially keen to hear from people with DIY experience or trade skills (such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or general building), though a willingness to help and a positive spirit are just as valuable.

Whether you can offer a single day, a weekend, or a longer stay of a few weeks or months, your support would make a meaningful difference. Volunteering here is also an opportunity to spend time in a peaceful, supportive Dharma environment and be part of a warm and welcoming community.

We provide accommodation and nourishing, home-cooked meals during your stay.

If you feel inspired to get involved, please email us at [email protected] with a brief outline of your skills, your availability, and how long you would like to stay. 🙏
