Brough Methodist Church We aspire to be a warm and friendly presence in our local community. Welcome to Brough Methodist, a friendly and welcoming community.

We are a hybrid church (services online and in person) toddler groups, coffee mornings, ladies groups are just some of the many activities you would be welcome to. We are a hybrid church meeting both in the building and online. Our Sunday services start at 10.30 and our family friendly. During the week our Ukrainian and community meet up is on a Monday, Tuesday is Let's Play toddler group, Tuesday evening is our online bible study, Wednesday Morning is our online coffee morning, Saturday Mornings are in building coffee mornings and Let's Play toddler group. As a community, we aim to make everyone feel welcome to our church and would be delighted to welcome you.

On Monday morning, we open our welcome space between 9.30 and 11.30 for our warm welcome group.
It's an open session for making friends, chatting, sharing refreshments and is open to all ages. ( We set up a small play space for our littler friends)
Our children's clothes share and our support pantry are open and the whole event etc is free. You would be most welcome.

On Sunday at 10.30, we will have our family friendly cafe church.
This week we are celebrating harvest.
During the service we will collect gifts for Open Doors project in Hull and The East Yorkshire Food Bank.
Gifts can also be dropped of on Saturday morning and Monday morning.

The gifts needed are:
Tinned Vegetables
Tinned Fruit
UHT Milk
Pasta
Cereal
Carrier Bags
Beans/Spaghetti
tinned meat and fish
sanitary and hygiene products
biscuits
tea and coffee

Please note that due to our Harvest supper and dance this evening, there will be no coffee morning today.Our Let's Play ...

Please note that due to our Harvest supper and dance this evening, there will be no coffee morning today.
Our Let's Play group is on between 10 & 12 and we will happily give anyone turning up for coffee morning a warm welcome to Let's Play Brough instead.

We left a few for Slimming World tonight.
And those that were past their best will feed the mini beasts and birds that live around our site.

This Saturday at 10.30 we have our Let's Explore group. It is open to all ages but is especially suitable for school age and up. It is an intergenerational group.
We have a story and then explore further using crafts, paints, lego, small world and colouring etc. You are free to explore in whatever way you'd like.
It would be really lovely to see you there.
