The next Parish Council meeting will be at the Parish Hall on 24 August 2021 starting at 7.30pm. Current hot topics are the the Neighbourhood Plan (we have received a grant of nearly £10,000 to get the Plan into print) and the creation of a Village Car Park in Pencombe. If you are interested in either (or both) topics please come along and give us your views

UPDATE ON THE SKIPS
Just to let everyone know the skips are now full so I'm afraid there is no more room for any more rubbish. This despite best efforts to squash the contents down. So please don't bring anymore stuff to dispose of - there isn't any room!
The skips will probably be collected on Thursday 25 March

IMPORTANT NEWS- WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITY IN PENCOMBE AND LITTLE COWARNE
FROM 16TH – 30TH MARCH 2021

Now that Spring seems to have pretty much arrived, your Parish Council has arranged for two skips to be available for the use of residents to dispose of household waste and garden rubbish. With the current COVID restrictions it is not as easy to use the Council facilities at Bromyard and Leominster, especially for residents taking extra precautions during the pandemic. So at its last meeting the Parish Council agreed to fund two skips for the use of Parish residents.

The Little Cowarne skip is sited in the car park of the Three Horseshoes (by kind permission of Richard Abel).

The Pencombe skip is sited at the bottom end of Durston Lane (by kind permission of Philip Hope).

These skips will be at these sites for two weeks until Tuesday 30th March.

Hello to all Pencombe & Little Cowarne residents.

Looks like the Parish Council does not have a Facebook site so it's time there was one. I have created this starter page to get us going and will post news and events as they happen. Of course there is still the PC website but generally Facebook is more accessible and more used.

Check back from time to time as I attempt to keep things updated
