"Shining like the sun! Smiling, having fun!!..."

Stapleton was treated to an uplifting performance by "Fly By Choir" this week... raising over £1,000 in the process!!

Huge thanks to all who sang, clapped, donated, baked amazing cakes and organised such a wonderful community event.

Fly By Choir is a glorious ensemble of singers – all of whom work for Airbus in Filton, Bristol – led and conducted by the acclaimed musical director, David Ogden.

They generously chose to collaborate with us at Holy Trinity Stapleton to stage this performance of toe-tapping contemporary choral music – featuring smash hits from the likes of Elton John, Abba, Marvin Gaye, The Beach Boys, Queen, Simon and Garfunkle and many more.

Our wonderful audience enjoyed two hours of fabulous music and mountains of homemade cakes and puddings.

£1,020 was received in donations – all of which will go towards our exciting new project to make the church more accessible and welcoming for everyone.

Thanks again to all the Super Troupers that made it such an amazing night. We're sad it's over...

This is a final call for all passengers from Bristol who love UPLIFTING MUSIC.

The FLY BY CHOIR will be touching down at Holy Trinity Church on Monday 18 May for a performance to lift your mood to the sky.

These inspiring singers know a thing or two about flight... because they all work for Airbus in Bristol.

They'll be performing a wonderful variety of songs inspired by modern classics of pop, folk, rock, show tunes and more.

Everyone is invited to get on board and the tickets are really flying. That's partly because they're free – but donations are invited towards our exciting new project to make the church building more accessible and welcoming for everyone.

HAPPY EASTER one and all!

Here... what if it's true?

That's the question we've been asking ourselves all this week.
If Jesus really did come alive again on that first Easter Sunday, the implications are more amazing and far reaching than we can comprehend.
Millions and millions of Jesus-followers around the world are gathering today to celebrate exactly that.
We pray that you too might discover something of the hope and light and love that the risen Jesus offers this Easter and always.

Joy and celebration on Palm Sunday in Stapleton.
We didn't have any actual palm leaves – so we used bamboo branches instead.
We worshipped our humble, gentle, world-changing King-Jesus just the same.

We had SO much fun at our amazing Auction of Promises on Saturday night – raising "lots" of funds for brilliant new facilities in the church building.

Thanks to everyone who offered a promise for sale, everyone who bought promises and the brilliant team that made it happen.
We raised over £1,600 in just a couple of hours!

Our new kitchen space, accessible toilets, seating and meeting room will make the church an even better place to welcome, worship, learn and share together.

This Easter we are praying that you would experience strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow.

Because that hope is right at the heart of the Easter story. The story of Jesus coming alive again after he died on the cross.

Everyone is invited to join in with any of our Easter services and celebrations – whether you're sure about Jesus or not. Everyone is welcome!

Some of our gatherings are more traditional and quiet. Some are more contemporary, noisy and celebratory with an approach that enables all of us, of every age, to celebrate together in joy. You will be made welcome at whichever you choose. Or all of them!

We're gathering the oranges, cocktail sticks, sweets and candles for our Christingle service tomorrow morning – 10.30am Sunday 11 January 2026.

Good question. Christingle a fun tradition for all ages to celebrate the light of the world and the difference he makes.
