Salaam Brothers,

Alhamdulillah, this is the first week of Fajr Run Club in Bristol, so let’s make it a strong start.

Starting your day with something challenging, making the effort to come to the mosque to pray Fajr, and getting active is a powerful way to set yourself up for a productive and successful day insha’Allah.

All fitness levels are welcome and accomodated. The route has been planned as a 5K, but feel free to do whatever distance suits you within the time. We’ll also have pacers spread throughout the group so no one is left alone, insha’Allah.

Share FRC with your friends and family too so they can also share in the reward and good deeds, insha’Allah.

Plan is:

5:00am - Arrival for Sunnah
5:10am – Jamaat
5:30am – Fajr finish and reminders.
5:40am – head outside the masjid & warm up
5:45am – Set off for run
6:15am – Return to Masjid after the circular run.
