There is something about looking around on a Sunday and realising you are surrounded by people who genuinely have your back. This is our church family. Ordinary people carrying each other, showing up for one another week after week. We are grateful for every single face in this room.

New week, and we are starting it quietly on purpose.

Yesterday we opened Acts 4 together. Peter and John stood in front of the very people who wanted them silenced, and said something remarkable. They could not stop speaking about what they had seen and heard. Not that they would not. That they could not.

That is the heart we are carrying into this week as a church family. Not faith for show, but lives so shaped by what God has done that staying quiet simply is not an option.

What a weekend.

Something happens when a church gathers for a purpose bigger than itself. This weekend we came together to raise funds for Heart 2 Hand, and watching this community give, worship and stand shoulder to shoulder reminded us why we do what we do.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, served, played, sang and gave. And to Maggie, Tyrone and the Heart 2 Hand team, thank you for the work you pour into lives most people never see.

We’re a growing family here at PHC Bristol. The Lord reigns, and He’s building something here.
