We headed East for the second part of the holiday. Stayed with my brother and his wife for a couple of days and visited the two places where we lived when we were children.
While visiting Upton Parish Church, I saw a kneeler that I made 50 years ago. (5 loaves and 2 fishes)

I am just coming to the end of an amazing mission trip with the Woodlands Discipleship Team to South Africa. We have been with Jo and Chris Poulsom (Woodlands Global Partners), working alongside a wonderful compassion project called Sinani ( ).
Sinani is part of the ministry of Church Unlimited (a church on 8 sites, very much like Woodlands)
Coming home tomorrow very inspired, humbed and challenged by all I have seen and the wonderful Jesus-following people I have met.

Pink pasta for tea!
Homegrown beetroot boiled, roasted with onion, garlic and walnuts, then blitzed with a bit of pasta water. Mixed with pasta and served with Feta cheese.
