What’s in a story?

Throughout August, we heard three honest and powerful stories from Bev, Gareth and Chizzy.

Stories of fear giving way to faith.
Of learning to stop performing and start being honest with God.
Of discovering that, in Christ, we are not simply refurbished. We are made new.

Each story looked different, but every one reminded us of the same truth: God is still at work.

Your story might feel unfinished. There may be chapters you would rather hide. But God can bring hope, freedom and purpose from every part of it. Your story could even help someone else discover that hope too.

Church… but maybe not as you expected. 🌳

This Sunday we gathered on the Green.

There was worship beneath the trees, conversations over coffee, children playing, neighbours stopping by, and a chance to slow down together.

It reminded us that church isn’t defined by a building. It’s people following Jesus, loving one another, and making room for everyone.

Whether you’ve been part of church for years or have never stepped into one before, you’re always welcome.

This Sunday was different. 🤍

Instead of one message, we paused to celebrate what God has been doing in the lives of people across our church family.

We heard stories of freedom, provision, peace, and answered prayer. Each testimony was unique, but they all pointed to the same truth…

God is faithful.

When we hear what God has done, faith rises. We’re reminded that the same God who has been faithful before is still moving today.

“If God did it before, He can do it again.” 🙌
