The Brighton and Hove City Mission is an non-denominational Christian Charity that makes a positive difference to people. We serve the City through running Brighton's busiest Food bank, a Chaplaincy team for care homes and a schools team serving over 20 Primary Schools. We work in partnership with churches, schools, charities and the local authority.

Robbie has been enjoying visiting care homes across Brighton & Hove! From older residents warming to the Christian services he runs, to staff leaving with smiles on their faces, these visits are bringing real joy to the people in care homes πŸ˜„

Brighton & Hove City Mission will be attending the National Chaplains in Schools Conference on 1 July at Waverley Abbey, Farnham, and we'd encourage school chaplains from across the country to consider joining this free day of encouragement, worship, learning and connection.

School chaplaincy can be both a privilege and a challenge. As you spend your days supporting young people, listening well, and being a faithful presence in your school community, this conference offers an opportunity to be refreshed, inspired and reminded that you're part of a wider network of chaplains serving across the UK.

πŸ“ Waverley Abbey, Farnham
πŸ“… Wednesday 1 July
🎟 Free to attend

We look forward to being there and hope to meet many of you on the day.

Book your free place:

You create space every day β€” listening, supporting, carrying stories, standing quietly on the front line with young people. But who creates space for you?

Our shelves need restocking! πŸ’™ If you're looking for a simple way to support your Brighton community this June, donating any of these items would really help us support those coming to us for emergency food parcels πŸ“¦

Thank you for our Brighton Food Bank Volunteers and all the hard work that you do! 😍

Happy Volunteers’ Week! πŸ’™

A huge thank you to all our amazing food bank helpers for your time, commitment, care, and hard work. Your support makes such a difference to the running of Brighton Food Bank and we couldn't do it without you!

We’re also looking for someone who may be able to help collect pre-made meals each Tuesday at 2pm from the Moulscoombe area - please get in touch if you’d like to help!
