One Church Brighton

We went on our first One Church Easter Pilgrimage over the Easter Weekend. We walked through Storm Dave(!) from Eastbourne Station to our building on Florence Road in Brighton. The route went along the South Downs way, over the fog covered and incredibly windy Seven Sisters, past Cuckmere Haven to Alfriston where some of us camped out in a church. Then we had a contemplative silent walk (through more fog and wind!) to Southease where we paused for lunch before setting out on the final leg past Lewes and through Woodingdean, in the sunshine!! It was a brilliant time - a great chance to chat and to reflect, moving through stunning scenery and all the weathers the British spring has to offer. Thanks to Sarah and Michael for organising such a great walk!

Happy Easter from One Church! We were on the beach bright and early for our annual beach celebration - and this Easter Sunday marks the 15th anniversary of One Church! Some brave people even went for a swim… 🏊‍♂️

We are beyond excited that the one and only will be performing at One Church in November! Flamy’s music means a lot to many people in our community and we are thrilled to be welcoming her to perform in Brighton.
