Our aim is to provide an open, friendly environment to develop your individual spirituality. These sessions include visualisation meditation, designed to let you relax and connect to your spiritual awareness. there is then a practice session enabling you to get to grips with the tools of the trade. The meditation sessions are a little shorter. Their purpose is to help you to relax easing away the stresses of modern life. Janet will guide you through a visualisation unique to you.
