During Holy Week, we’re drawn back to the very centre of our faith.
In Matthew 22, Jesus is questioned by those trying to trap him with clever words. Yet his responses reveal something far deeper: that faith without love is empty. Knowledge, religion, and right answers mean little unless they are rooted in love for God and for one another.
Jesus reminds us:
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind… and love your neighbour as yourself.”
This is the life we were made for — wholehearted love.
Not perfection. Not striving. But hearts, minds and lives turned towards Christ.
Where might Jesus be inviting you into a more wholehearted life today?
Ask the Holy Spirit to show you what it means to love God with all that you are — and to let that love overflow to others.
🙏 A simple prayer for today:
Jesus, recentre my heart, soul and mind on your love. Teach me to love as you love, so that my life may reflect your wholeness.
Every blessing as we journey towards Easter. 🌿✝️
