Today I was wandering around the Graveyard as I often do, I came across a Samuel Goldfinch and thought what a beautiful name, upon some research I learned that he was once a Churchwarden who wrote to the King to tell him his ministers were corrupt.

I like Samuel, be like Samuel 😍🙏🏻

This morning at St Peter's we lit candles in memory of those that aren't here with us. 🕯️

Rev Dennis spoke on today's reading about how our light can shine truth in the darkness.

We prayed for mothers who rejoice and mothers that are exhausted and need support. We prayed for the mothers we miss and asked God to give peace to those that mourn.
We prayed for foster carers, adoptive parents and asked for love to grow.

"Teach us how to honour joy without denying grief. Help us to shine light on truth so others do not have to pretend."

Amen.

We're so fortunate to have been accepted for the Tesco Stronger Starts Scheme at Tesco in Brandon.

You can vote for either Feltwell Playgroup, Mundford C of E Primary Academy or St Peter's Youth at St Peter's Centre.

St Peter's Centre hosts a free to attend Youth Club called St Peter's Youth (SPY) every Wednesday during term time for ages 11-16 which sees around 30 children attending.

All 3 are amazing causes that could use this funding for great things so please, when you're in store, remember to grab a blue coin and pop it in the box!

You can vote up until 31st March.

Thank you for your support and thank you to Tesco for accepting our application and giving us this opportunity.
