KHATM-E-QUR’AN AT BRADFORD GRAND MOSQUE
The annual Khatm-e-Qur’an gathering was held last night at Bradford Grand Mosque, welcoming attendees from across Bradford and throughout the UK. The blessed gathering was presided over by the Head Imam, Qibla Qadri Sahib, Shaykh Mohammad Anwar ul-Haq Qadri, and was honoured by the presence of numerous distinguished scholars from both the UK and abroad.
Throughout the evening, key lessons from the Noble Qur’an were shared, with particular emphasis on maintaining the spiritual momentum of Ramadan by continuing its good deeds, habits, and routines throughout the rest of the year. Tributes were also paid to the noble personalities connected to this sacred month, highlighting their exemplary lives and lasting contributions.
The programme further included the annual Esale-Thawab of Pir Atique-ur-Rehman Sahib Faizpuri علیہ الرحمۃ. Speakers reflected on key lessons from his noble life, highlighting his lifelong efforts in promoting the correct aqeedah of Khatm-e-Nabuwwat.
The evening concluded with heartfelt supplications for the entire Ummah, followed by the distribution of tabarruk to all in attendance.
As this blessed month of Ramadan draws to a close, we humbly pray that Allah Karim accepts our recitation and listening to the Noble Qur’an, and grants us the ability to embody its divine guidance in our lives, leading us towards success in the Akhirah, Ameen.
